Zelda Botw 2 may finally give us the answer to one of the greatest riddle of the predecessor

Although the Open World of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild leaves countless freedoms for exploring tours, there are some places that we cannot get to. The mountain Agaat in the west of the Gerudo desert is one of these places to which we have no access. We'll tell you what could be behind it.

Great puzzles in the Open World

The mountain Agaat gives us one of the greatest riddles in Botw. It is a huge mountain that even got its own name on the world map. But as soon as we try to enter the mountain, an invisible wall prevents us from going on.

What is the invisible wall? Such limits in open worlds usually serve to limit the card towards the edge. But in Botw there would be enough space after the Mount Agaat to place the invisible wall. The curiosity, which is on the Agaat mountain, is all the greater.

What is on the mountain agaat? The answer: nothing. At least not yet. Many fans have already speculated in advance that the Berg Agaat can be entered with upcoming DLCs. In the meantime, all DLCs have been released, but the mountain Agaat remains impassable.

Berg Agaat as an entry into Botw 2

Banditgames puts a thesis of Berg Agaat on YouTube, which is linked to Botw 2. The trailer clearly shows that it is an area that is linked to the people of Gerudos. In addition, Link and Zelda have so much wood in our luggage that we can assume that their trip in the underground will probably go a little longer:

What does that mean? Maybe the two are in a huge underground area below the Gerudo desert. The Berg Agaat could serve an entry into the underground or otherwise have been linked to it.

Another mountain that is located on the other side of the Gerudo desert cannot be entered. The mountain has not yet received a name, but with Botw 2 it could also play a larger role. The YouTuber assumes that this could be an outcome from the underground dungeon.

Since Botw 2 will also play in Hyrule, the theory could really be right. But we will only find out whether the Berg Agaat is really connected to the sequel next year. Because the release of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2 for Switch was postponed to 2023 at the end of March. Until then, we have to be patient.

What do you think of the theory around Berg Agaat?
